Modernized Almaty CHP-2 to be fully operational by year-end – Energy Ministry

ASTANA. Sept 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Almaty's combined heat and power plant No. 2 (CHP-2) will be fully operational after modernization by the end of this year, the Kazakh Energy Ministry said.
